Answer:
This varies according to the product type, complexity of the product and manufacturing methods. The following is a guide for our turnaround times for various products, however please contact our customer service team should you require your order faster, as we can usually accomodate requests.
Name Badges: 3-5 working days (online orders) Medallions and Metal Badges: Approx. 30 working days (from artwork approval) Awards and Plaques: 10-20 working days (from artwork approval)

How much do you charge for artwork and/or setup?

Answer:
The majority of our products are supplied with 2 hours complimentary artwork when ordered. This is generally enough time to complete your design with minor changes.
Some designs which have a high level of complexity may require more time, which will incur an additional artwork charge.

Are there minimum order quantities for your products?

AJ Parkes employs a minimum order value policy of $55 inc.GST for all products excluding online name badge orders.
Most of our product range is available for order quantities of 1+, however some products such as custom metal badges, custom medallions and plastic moulded products may involve minimum order quantities. Please consult our friendly customer service team for more information regarding minimum order quantities for your product requirements.
